Abstract
Research entitled "The Effect of Compensation and Work Environment on
Employee Performance in the Division of Safety, Risk Management & Quality
Control of PT. Angkasa Pura II "The research method used is a quantitative
model, using a questionnaire as a means of collecting data that is distributed to
35 employees. The results showed that the compensation variable had a
significant influence on the performance of the employees of the Safety, Risk
Management & Quality Control Division of PT. Angkasa Pura II. From the
results of tests conducted that the work environment variables (affect the
performance of the employees of the Safety, Risk Management & Quality Control
Division of PT. Angkasa Pura II. From the results of the tests conducted, the
calculated F value which shows the value of 332,809 is greater than the t table
value of 3, 29 with a probability level of 0.000 which is below 5% alpha. This
means that the independent variables between the compensation variable and the
work environment jointly affect employee performance. The results of the
determination coefficient test mean that there are still other independent variables
that affect employee performance. that 95.1% of the dependent variable
(employee performance) can be explained by the independent variable
(compensation and work environment), while the remaining 4.9% is influenced by
other variables not examined in this study.
