Abstract
Loyalty, Discipline, and Motivation are 3 variables that can affect the
performance of an employee at Royal Prima Hospital Medan. If these 3 variables
cannot be maximized, it can make employee performance decrease and have an
impact on the services of the Royal Prima Hospital Medan. The purpose of this
study was to determine how the influence of loyalty, discipline, motivation on
employee performance at Royal Prima Hospital Medan. This research uses
quantitive research methods. The sample of this study were employees of the
inpatient department of the Royal Prima Hospital Medan, amounting to 71 people
with a non-probability sampling, sampling jenuh technoque. The data collection
technique used is by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used
is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The collected data
was processed using the SPSS for windows version 25 program. The results of this
research showed that partially loyalty, discipline, and motivation had a tcount value
with amount of 5,777, 4,272, 8,355 that bigger than ttable value is 1,966 with a
significant value of 0,000, smaller than 0,05. It shows had a positive and
significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Royal Prima
Hospital Medan. And simultaneously loyalty, discipline, and motivation have a
positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Royal
Prima Hospital Medan.
