Abstract

The Effect of Work Discipline, Environment and Job Satisfaction and on the
Performance of Dinas Perindustrian Dan Perdagangan Provinsi Sumatera Utara
This analysis includes: classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis,
hypothesis testing throught t test and f test, and analysis of the coefficient of
determination (R2). The result of the analysis using the t test can be seen that the
two independent variables namely Work Discipline (X1), and Work Environment
(X2) Job Satisfaction (X3) partaily have a positive and significant effect on the
dependent variabel employee performance (Y) Then the result of the analysis
using the F test can be seen that the three independent variables namely Work
Discipline (X1), and Work Environment (X2) Job Satisfaction (X3) together have
a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely employee
performance (Y). The results of the analysis using the coefficient of determination
is known that 26.7% of employee performance can be obtained and explained by
Motivation and Discipline. White the remaining 73.3% is explained by other
variables not included in this study.
