Pengaruh Disiplin, Motivasi dan Fasilitas Terhadap Semangat Kerja Pada Karyawan Kontrak PT. Securindo Packatama Indonesia Medan

The research analysis aims to determine whether discipline, motivation, and
facilities simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee morale
at PT. Securindo Packatama Indonesia Medan. The data analysis technique used
is the associative method with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 program. This
study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study were 56
respondents. Primary data collection using a questionnaire. The results of this
study indicate that discipline partially has a positive and insignificant effect on
the morale of contract employees of PT. Securindo Packatama Indonesia Medan,
with a regression value of 0.036, tcount of 0.414 and significant of 0.681.
Motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on the morale of contract
employees of PT. Securindo Packatama Indonesia Medan, with a regression value
of 0.768, tcount of 9.675 and significant 0.000. Facilities partially have a positive
and significant effect on the morale of contract employees of PT. Securindo
Packatama Indonesia Medan, with a regression value of 0.175, tcount of 3.086
with a significance of 0.003. Discipline, motivation and facilities simultaneously
have a positive and significant effect on the morale of contract employees of PT.
Securindo Packatama Indonesia Medan, with an Fcount of 64,946 with a
significance of 0.000.
