Abstract
The approach of this study the author uses a descriptive approach, which is the research
intended to find out each variable, either one variable or more independent nature without
making relationships or comparisons with other variables. Based on the results of partial testing
on the Matic Honda Vario 125 product influence the quality of the product to customer
satisfaction, the value of t.count = 2.053 is greater than the value of t.table = 1.677 with sig,
0.000 <0.05. The results show that Ha is accepted, this shows that product quality has a
significant influence on customer satisfaction. Based on the partial test results on the Matic
Honda Vario 125 product the influence of the vehicle model on customer satisfaction obtained
value t count = 1,678 is greater than the value of t table = 1,677 with sig, 0,000 <0.05 from
these results it can be concluded that Ha is accepted, this shows that the vehicle model has a
significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the partial test results on the Matic Honda
Vario 125 product the influence of vehicle prices on customer satisfaction obtained value t count
= 1,686 greater than the value of t table = 1,677 with sig, 0,000 <0.05 from these results it can
be concluded that Ha is accepted, this shows that vehicle prices have a significant effect on
customer satisfaction.
