Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality,cooperation image and
savings and loans on the satisfaction of KSP Perkeleng Secondary members in the
Sibolangit area. Futheremore the data obtained from the distribution of
questionnaires or questionnaries from 87 respondents. The model used is multiple
linear regression and processed using SPPS version 24.0. The Results of the analysis
of service quality have a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of
members of KSP Perkeleng secondary in the Sibolangit Area this is evidenced by
the arithmetice value of 1,684 and a significant value of 0.936 . The image of the
cooperative has a positive and ininsignificant effect on the satisfaction of members
of the KSP Perkeleng Secondary in the Sibolangit area, this is indicated by the
calculated value of 2,185 and a significant value of 0,032. Savings and loans have
a positive and insignificant effect on the satisfaction of Ksp perkeleng Secondary
members in the Sibolangit area, this is evidenced by the calculated value of 5,330
and a significant value of 0,000. Service quality,cooperation image and savings and
loans have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the satisfaction of Ksp
Perkeleng Secondary members in the Sibolangit area, based on the arithmetic value
of 26,298 with a significance level of 0.000. the value of the coefficient of
determination is 0.487 which indicates that 48,7% of changes in the satisfaction of
cooperative members can be explained by the variables of service
quality,cooperation image and savings and loans while the remaining 51.3% can
be explained by other variables.
