Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi Dan Kondisi Lingkungan Kerja Fisik Terhadap kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Amal Mulia Farmaalkesindo Medan

Research with the title "The Influence of Work Motivation, Compensation and
Physical Work Environment Conditions on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Amal
Mulia Farmaalkesindo Medan” This study aims to explain the influence of the
variables of Motivation, Compensation and Physical Work Environment
Conditions on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Charity Mulia Farmaalkesindo
Medan. This research method uses a quantitative model using a questionnaire as a
data collection tool which is distributed to 48 employees and processed with SPSS.
The results of this study indicate that partially the work motivation variable (X1)
has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Y), which results in the
t_count 10,869 > t_table 2.015 with a significant 0.00 > 0.05. The results showed
that partially the compensation variable (X2) had a positive and significant effect
on job satisfaction (Y), where the t_count value was 7,434 > t_table 2.015 with a
significant 0.00 <0.05. The results of this study indicate that partially the Physical
Work Environment variable (X3) does not has a positive and significant effect on
Job Satisfaction (Y), where the value is 2,000 < t_table 2,015 with a significant
0.52 > 0.05. The results of this study indicate that the variables of work motivation
(X1), compensation (X2) and physical work environment (X3) simultaneously have
a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y), where the value of F_count
2121,911 > F_table 2.81 with a significant 0, 00 < 0.05
