Abstract
This research was conducted to find out how the influence of work discipline (X1),
work communication (X2), and supervision (X3) on job satisfaction (Y) at PT
Agung Berkat Bintatar Abadi Sunggal. The population in this research were all
employees of PT Agung Berkat Bintatar Abadi Sunggal, which has 78 employees.
The number of samples taken was a population of 78 respondents. This research
was conducted from May to August 2021. This research used quantitative data
processed by SPSS 24.0 with the multiple linear regression method. The results
showed that work discipline, work communication, and supervision had a positive
and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT Agung Berkat Bintatar Abadi
Sunggal either partially or simultaneously. Work discipline was the most
dominant variable affecting job satisfaction. 91.1% of job satisfaction could be
explained and obtained from work discipline, work communication, and
supervision while the rest by other factors. Job satisfaction had a very strong
relationship to work discipline, work communication, and supervision.
