Pengaruh Analisis Lingkungan Internal Dan Eksternal Perusahaan Terhadap Sistem Pengambilan Keputusan Pada Kantor PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III

The research entitled "The Influence of Internal and External Environmental
Analysis of the Company on Decision Making Systems at the Office of PT.
Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan” This study aims to explain the influence of the
variables of the Internal and External Environment simultaneously and partially
on Decision Making at the Office of PT. Nusantara III Plantation, Medan. The
research method used is a quantitative model, using a questionnaire as a data
collection tool which is distributed to 75 employees. The results showed that the
internal environment variable tcount 14,609 > ttable 1,293 with a significant
0.000 < 0.050, meaning that partially the internal environment variable had a
positive and significant effect on decision making. And the external environment
variable tcount 6.232 > ttable 1.293 with a significant 0.000 > 0.050, meaning
that partially external environmental variables have a positive and significant
effect on decision making. Simultaneously, the F statistic test produces an Fcount
value of 398.965 with a significant level of 0.000. Because Fcount 398,965 >
Ftable 3.12 and significantly less than 0.05, i.e. 0.00 < 0.05, it can be said that
the internal environment and the external environment simultaneously have a
positive and significant effect on decision making. The amount of adjusted R
square is 0.915, this means that 91.5% of the variation in decision making can be
explained by the independent variables of the internal environment and the
external environment while the rest (100% - 91.5% = 8.5%) can be explained by
other independent variables such as incentives, work environment and awards
