Abstract
The research was conducted to find the effect of motivation, work environment,
work discipline and compensation on the performance of Balai Monitor Spektrum
Frekuensi Radio Kelas 1 Medan. The population in this research amounted to 30
employees. The number of samples taken was as much as the population, namely
30 respondents. This research used primary data in the type of quantitative data
collected through questionnaires and then processed with the SPSS Version 20.0
application. The data analysis technique was multiple linear regression. The
results showed that motivation, and compensation either partially or
simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at
Balai Monitor Spektrum Frekuensi Radio Kelas 1 Medan. The most dominant
variable affecting employee performance was the work environment variable with
a tcount of 9,160. 90.5% of employee performance could be explained and obtained
from motivation, work environment, work discipline and compensation while the
rest is obtained from other factors. Employee performance had a very strong
relationship with motivation, working environment,working discipline and
compensation.
