Abstract
This research is about the influence of competence, loyalty, and
organizational culture on the work professionalism of employees of the Medan
City Manpower Office. Furthermore, the data obtained from distributing
questionnaires or questionnaires from 52 respondents. The model used is multiple
linear regression and processed using SPSS version 22.0. Results of the analysis.
Competence has a positive and insignificant effect on the professionalism of
employees of the Medan City Manpower Office, this is evidenced by the t value of
0.088 and a significant value of 0.930. Loyalty has a positive and insignificant
effect on the work professionalism of employees of the Medan City Manpower
Office, this is evidenced by the t value of 0.154 and a significant value of 0, .878.
Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the work
professionalism of employees of the Medan City Manpower Office, this is
evidenced by from the t count value of 6,688 and a significant value of 0,000.
Competence, loyalty and organizational culture have a positive and significant
effect simultaneously on the professionalism of the employees of the Medan City
Manpower Office, based on the value of Fcount 15.179 with a significance level
of 0.000. The coefficient of determination is 0.455 which indicates that 45.5% of
changes in employee professionalism can be explained by competency, loyalty
and organizational culture variables, while the remaining 54.5% can be explained
by other variables..
