Abstract
This study aims to examine and find out more clearly how the influence of
supervision, working conditions, and communication on job satisfaction of
employees in the cleaning and gardening department of Medan City. This study
uses quantitative methods involving 79 respondents. Data was collected by using
the distribution of questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using
statistical formulas, namely by using multiple regression analysis whose
management was carried out with the SPSS Version 16 program. The results of
quantitative analysis showed that supervision had a positive and significant effect
on Job Satisfaction at the Department of Hygiene and Parks in Medan City, with a
regression value of 0. , 293 and significant 0.000. Working Conditions have a
positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at the Department of Hygiene and
Parks in Medan City, with a regression value of 0, 299 and a significant 0,000.
Communication has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at the
Department of Hygiene and Parks in Medan City, with a regression value of 0.420
and a significant 0.000. Supervision, Working Conditions and Communication
simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the
Medan City Cleanliness and Parks Service, with a significant value of 0.000 and
an Fcount of 184,567
