Abstract

This research was conducted to explore how the influence of ompensation (X1),
work environment (X2), and teamwork (X3) on employee loyalty (Y) in the PT.
Matahari Department Store Manhattan Times Square. The population in this
research were all employees of the PT. Matahari Department Store Manhattan
Times Square, totaling 47 employees. The number of samples taken amounted to a
population of 47 respondents. This research was conducted in 2021. This
research used quantitative data that was processed with SPSS with multiple linear
regression models. The results showed that the compensation, work environment,
and teamwork had a positive and significant effect on the employee loyalty of PT.
Matahari Department Store Manhattan Times Square both partially and
simultaneously. Compensation was the most dominant variable affecting
employee loyalty. 95.6% of employee loyalty can be explained and obtained from
the compensation, work environment, and teamwork, while the rest was by other
factors. Employee loyalty had a very strong relationship to compensation, work
environment, and teamwork.
