Pengaruh Karakteristik Individu dan Karakteristik Pekerjaan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pada PT. Alfa Scorpii Bilal

This research was conducted to determine the effect of individual characteristics
and job characteristics on job satisfaction at PT. Alfa Scorpi Bilal. This research
was conducted on employees of PT. Alfa Scorpi Bilal provisionsArikunto, with a
total sample of 60 people. Primary data in this study were obtained through
questionnaires and interviews and the measurements used a Likert scale and were
processed statistically using statistical tests and with the help of SPSS version
20.00 For Windows.Based on the results of the study, it can be found that the
variables of individual characteristics and job characteristics on job satisfaction
at PT. Alfa Scorpi Bilal with t test results obtained for the Individual
Characteristics variable, the t value> t table (2.891> 2.001) was obtained with a
significant level of 0.00 <0.05 and for the Job Characteristics variable the t
value> t table (3,380> 2,001) with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. It can be
concluded that the factors (Individual Characteristics and Job Characteristics)
partially affect Job Satisfaction at PT. Alfa Scorpi Bilal and the F test obtained
the value of F count> F table (28.240> 3.16) with the hypothesis Ho is rejected
and Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that the variables of individual
characteristics and job characteristics simultaneously have a positive and
significant effect on job satisfaction.
