Abstract

The research analysis aims to determine whether service performance has an
effect on customer satisfaction at PT Cinemaxx Global Pasifik. Does service
performance affect customer re-purchases at PT Cinemaxx Global Pasifik. Does
satisfaction affect customer repurchase at PT Cinemaxx Global Pasifik. Does
service performance through satisfaction affect customer repurchase at PT
Cinemaxx Global Pasifik. The data analysis technique used is the associative
method with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 program. This study uses multiple
linear regression analysis. The sample in this study were 96 respondents. Primary
data collection using a questionnaire. The results show that service performance
has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT Cinemaxx
Global Pasifik. Service performance has a positive and significant effect on
customer repurchase at PT Cinemaxx Global Pasifik. Satisfaction has a positive
and significant effect on customer re-purchase at PT Cinemaxx Global Pasifik.
Service performance through satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on
customer repurchases at PT Cinemaxx Global Pasifik.
