Abstract

The research analysis aims to determine whether security has an effect on
consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at the
Ridho Water R.O. Drinking Water Depot. The data analysis technique used is the
associative method with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 program. This study
uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study were 96
respondents. Primary data collection using a questionnaire. The results showed
that security partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer
satisfaction. Security partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer
loyalty. Satisfaction partially positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty.
Security and satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on
consumer loyalty. Security affects consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as
an intervening variable.
