Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the effect of work discipline, work
motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at PT.
Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan. The sample in this study used a
simple random sampling technique. This study did not take the entire population as
a sample. Researchers only took 81 employees. This research was conducted from
January 2021 to April 2021. This study used primary data processed with IBM
Statistic SPSS 26. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression
model. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a positive and
significant effect either partially or simultaneously on employee performance.
Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT.
Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan. The t-test shows that Discipline has a
tcount of -1.230 and is significant at 0.223, Work Motivation has a t-count of
14.459 and a significance of 0.000. And Organizational Culture has a tcount of
4.669 and is significant at 0.000. The F test shows the Fcount value obtained is
220,180 and is significant at 0.000. The results of the determination test showed
89.2% of employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero)
Medan can be explained and obtained from Work Discipline, Work Motivation and
Organizational Culture, while the rest is from other factors.
