Abstract
This study aimed to test and find out more clearly how employees are performing.
This study used 40 respondents. Data collection was carried out by using
questionnaires. The obtained data were analyzed by using SPSS version 16
processing. The results of the quantitative analysis showed that the tcount was
5.548 while ttable was 2.02 and was significant at 0.000, so that t observed was
5.548> ttable 2 , 02 and significant 0.000 <0.05, then H1 was accepted and H0
was rejected, partially supervision has a positive and significant effect on
employee performance. The value of t observed was 8.329 while t table was 2.02
and significant was 0.000, so that t observed was 5.342> t table was 2.02 and
significant was 0.00 <0.05, then H2 was accepted and t observed was rejected, it
meant that supervision had a positive and significant effect partially on employee
performance. The value of t observed was 3.079 while t table was 2.02 and
significant was 0.420, so that t observed was 0.816 < t table is 2.02 and
significant was 0.420> 0.05, then H3 was accepted and H0 was rejected, it means
that motivation had no not have a significant effect on employee performance.
Therefore the regression model could be said that supervision, discipline and
motivation had a partial and significant effect on the performance of the
employees.The significant probability was much lower than 0.05, namely 0.000
<0.05, Therefore, it meant that that supervision, discipline and motivation had
simultant and significant effect on the performance of the employees.
