Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, dan Leverage Dalam Memprediksi Financial Distress (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Aneka Industri yang Terdaftar di BEI)

The title of this research is The Effect of Profitability, Liquidity, and Leverage in
Predicting Financial Distress (Empirical Study of Various Industrial Companies
Listed on the IDX). The population used for this research are all Food and
Beverage Industry Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the
period 2014 to 2018 totaling 24 companies. The number of years of observation
used in this study is 5 consecutive years so that the number of observations in this
study is 9 companies for 5 years is 45 observations. This study uses quantitative
methods with secondary data sources. The data analysis tool used is SPSS version
2016. The results of data analysis conclude that Return On Investment (ROI) has
no significant effect on financial distress based on the tcount value of -0.170 while
the ttable is 2.014 and significant is 0.866, then Ha is rejected and H0 is
accepted. . Current Ratio (CR) has a significant effect on financial distress based
on the tcount value of 6.259 while ttable of 2.014 and significant at 0.000 <0.05,
then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a
significant effect on financial distress based on the value of tcount of 2,936 while
ttable of 2,014 and significant of 0,005, then Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted.
Return On Investment (ROI), Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER)
simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on financial distress based
on the calculated F of 14.379 and a significant value of 0.000, it is concluded that
the hypothesis is accepted.
