Abstract
This research was conducted to find out how the influence of supervision, work
discipline, and compensation on the work effectiveness of employees in the Satker
PSPAM SU Medan. The population in this research were all employees of Satker
PSPAM SU Medan, totaling 92 employees. The number of samples taken was also
92 respondents. The side technique used was saturated sampling. This research was
conducted in 2020-2021. This research used quantitative data processed by SPSS
with multiple linear regression models. The results showed that supervision, work
discipline, and compensation had a positive and significant effect on the work
effectiveness of the Satker PSPAM SU Medan employees either partially or
simultaneously. Supervision was the most dominant variable affecting work
effectiveness with a regression value of 0.403 and a tcount of 6.061. 94.5% of work
effectiveness can be explained and obtained from supervision, work discipline, and
compensation, while the rest was by other factors. Work effectiveness had a very
strong relationship with supervision, work discipline, and compensation.
