Abstract

This study aims to examine and find out more clearly how consumer behaviortodecide to make a purchase at PT. PC One Technology. The title of this researchis"The Influence of Promotion, Service Quality and Consumer Perception on PurchaseDecisions at PT PC One Techonogy". This study uses quantitative methods involving98 respondents. Data was collected by using the distribution of questionnaires. Thedata obtained were analyzed using statistical formulas, namely by using multipleregression analysis which the management was carried out with the SPSS Version19program. The results of quantitative analysis showed that Promotion had apositiveand partially significant ef ect on purchasing decisions at PT. PC One Technology. Service quality has a positive and significant partial ef ect on purchasing decisionsat PT. PC One Technology. Consumer perceptions have a positive and significant
ef ect simultaneously on purchasing decisions at PT. PC One Technology. Promotion, service quality and consumer perception have a positive and significant
