Abstract

ABSTRACT
The process of burning fish which is carried out by traders is currently done in a conventional manner, when turning the fish is done manually, it is reversed by hand and at the time of fitting it is also done by hand so that a lot of energy is expended. This process results in uneven ripeness of the fish. From the results of this observation, an idea is formed where the process of burning fish and fanning is done automatically. With the addition of the PT100 sensor as a temperature detector and a DC motor as a fish switcher controlled by Arduino UNO, the implementation of the pulse width modulation (PWM) technique is used to adjust the rotational speed of the fish grill. With this designed solution, it can help the combustion to be even, faster and more abundant. If the embers burn well, turn the fish turning to match the coals, so the time needed will be faster. The technique used makes the system does not consume a lot of resources.
