Abstract
Eggplant (Solanum melongena L) requires nutrients for growth. This
study aims to determine the impact of application of bio-enzymes and goat
manure on the growth and production of eggplant and their interactions. This
study used a factorial randomized block design (RAK) with two factors being
tested. The first factor was goat manure (K) consisting of K0 = 0 kg/plot (without
treatment), K1 = 1.5 kg/plot, K2 = 2.5 kg/plot, K3 = 3.5 kg/plot. Factor 2, bio
eco-enzyme (E) consists of E0 = 0 ml/liter of water/plot (without treatment), E1 =
25 ml/liter of water/plot, E2 = 50 ml/liter of water/plot, 75 ml/liter of water /plan.
The parameters observed were plant height (cm), number of leaves per sample
(pieces), number of fruit per sample (fruit), weight of sample fruit (grams), length
of fruit per sample (cm), diameter of fruit per sample (mm), fruit production per
plot of fruit). The results showed that the administration of bio-enzymes had a
very significant effect on the sample plant height (cm), the number of leaves per
sample (strands) with the best treatment obtained at the level of E1 = 25ml/liter of
water/plot, and had no significant effect on the number of fruits per sample
(fruits). ), weight of sample fruit (grams), length of fruit per sample (cm),

Goat fertilizer had no significant effect on plant height (cm), number of leaves per

Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman (cm) , jumlah daun persampel (helai) jumlah buah persampel (buah), berat buah sampel (gram), panjang buah persampel (cm), diameter buah persampel (mm), produksi buah perplot buah). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pemberian bio eco enzyme berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman persampel (cm) , jumlah daun persampel (helai) dengan perlakuan terbaik didapat pada taraf E1= 25ml/liter air/plot ,dan berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap jumlah buah per sampel (buah), berat buah sampel (gram), panjang buah persampel (cm), diameter buah persampel (mm), produksi buah perplot (buah).Namun perlakuan yang memberikan hasil terbaik pada produksi buah terung ungu yaitu pada perlakuan E2 = 50 ml/ liter air /plot Pupuk kotoran kambing berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun persampel (helai) jumlah buah persampel (buah), berat buah sampel (gram), panjang buah persampel (cm), diameter buah persampel (mm), produksi buah perplot (buah), Interaksi antara bio eco enzyme dan pupuk kotoran kambing memberikan pengaruh tidak nyata terhadap semua parameter diamati. |
