Abstract
The Singapore Land Waterpark Coal as the largest water recreation vehicle in
North Sumatra, which has been present in Batubara Regency, intends to offer a
partnership with you to make our vehicle the preferred location for procuring
family recreation. The problem that underlies this research is whether
Compensation, Work Environment and Corporate Culture affect Employee Job
Satisfaction in the CV. Singapore Land Coal. The data collection techniques in
this study were carried out with a questionnaire by distributing a list of questions
to respondents of 48 respondents, based on the results of the partial analysis that
the compensation value of tcount 1.939> t table 1.680 with a significant 0.059
<0.05, meaning that partially there is a positive influence and significant of
Compensation for Employee Job Satisfaction. Work Environment Variable tcount
0.267> t table 1.680 with a significant 0.791> 0.05, meaning that partially there
is no influence and significant from the Work Environment on Employee Job
Satisfaction. Corporate culture variable tcount value of 3.255> t table 1.680 with
a significant 0.002> 0.05, meaning that partially there is influence and significant
from the Corporate Culture on Employee Job Satisfaction means that the
Hypothesis (H2) was previously received. Based on the results of simultaneous
analysis the Fcount value of 35,874 with a significant level of 0.00. Because
Fcount 35,874> Ftable 2.82 and the significant probability is far less than 0.05
which is 0.00 <0.05, the regression model can be said that Compensation, Work
Environment and Corporate Culture simultaneously and significantly influence
Employee Satisfaction. While the determination of the adjusted R square amount
of 0.690 this means that 69.0% variation of Employee Job Satisfaction can be
explained by the independent variable Compensation, Work Environment and
Corporate Culture - while the rest (100% - 69.0% = 31%) can be explained by
other independent variables.
