Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, compensation,
and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. Central
Sumatra Bank, Medan. The research was conducted in 2020-2021.
The population and sample of this study amounted to 79 employees.
Data processing uses the SPSS Version 16 application. Data testing is
carried out using the classical assumption test and multiple linear
regression. The results showed that the value of tcount was 0.265
while ttable was 1.99 and significant was 0.792, so that tcount 0.265
< ttable 1.99 and significant 0.792 > 0.05, then H1 was rejected and
H0 was accepted, which states that leadership has a positive effect
and does not significant to job satisfaction. The value of tcount is
7.957 while ttable is 1.99 and significant is 0.000, so tcount 7.450 >
ttable 1.98 and significant 0.00 <0.05, then H2 is accepted and H0 is
rejected, which states that compensation has a positive and partially
significant effect on job satisfaction. The tcount value is 2,506 while
the ttable is 1.99 and significant is 0.014, so that tcount is 2.506 >
ttable 1.99 and significant is 0.014 <0.05, then H3 is accepted and H0
is rejected, which states that the work environment has a positive and
partially significant effect on job satisfaction. work. Leadership,
compensation and work environment have a positive and significant
effect simultaneously on job satisfaction. This is evidenced from
multiple linear regression analysis through the F-test which is positive
with an F-count value of 68.620 with sig.0.000
