Pengaruh Persepsi Nilai, Pengalaman Dan Citra Destinasi Terhadap Kepuasan Wisata (Studi Pada Wisatawan Yang Berkunjung Ke Hutan Magrove Nias Utara)

This research was conducted in the Mangrove Forest tourism area in North Nias.
This study aims to determine how the influence of Perceived Value (X1), Experience
(X2) and Tourist Destination Image (X3) on Tourist Satisfaction (Y) in the
Mangrove Forest area. The population in this study are visitors to the Mangrove
Forest who have a frequency of 250 tourists per Saturday and Sunday. Samples
were taken as many as 71 respondents where the number of samples was
determined by the Slovin formula. The study was conducted from August to
November 2021. This study used quantitative data that was processed with the SPSS
version 26.0 application with multiple linear regression models. Sources of data
used are primary data taken directly from respondents through questionnaires. The
results of the T-test and F-test in this study indicate that the perception of value,
experience and image of tourist destinations has a positive and significant effect on
tourist satisfaction in Mangrove Forests tourism in sisarahili village, sawo distric,
in North Nias. The value perception variable is the most dominant variable
affecting tourist satisfaction. Value perception, experience and image of tourist
destinations contributed 75.3% in the formation of tourist satisfaction. Perceived
value, experience and image of tourist destinations have a very strong relationship
to tourist satisfaction.
