Abstract
ABSTRACT
A washing machine is a tool that is needed by the community, people prefer a washing machine because of its convenience and practicality, but along with the use of a washing machine for daily activities it will affect the performance of several components of the washing machine itself. It is realized that the efficiency of the working capacity of the motor decreases, some components in the washing machine will experience a decrease in performance and even damage occurs and one of the damage occurs in the core of the washing machine. Often there is damage to the washing machine, namely the motor, some of the damage is due to the electronic components in the washing machine being frequently exposed to water, this happens because consumers do not pay attention to the water capacity in the machine tube until it exceeds capacity, if the motor on the washing machine rotates then the water inside the tube will shake until it spills and hits other electronic components so that it can cause very fatal damage. In writing this thesis the author designed a water capacity detector on the washing machine tube to avoid fatal damage with an automatic working system. If the water exceeds the capacity in the washing machine tube, the water will automatically be wasted and the motor will not work until the water has reached the required capacity, if the water has reduced and reaches the tube capacity, the motor will turn on automatically
